Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your booking, we will retain any deposit paid, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation for the full period.. We will endeavour to re-let if possible. If we are able to re-let for the full period booked, we will return the deposit, less £5.00 administration fee. If we can only re-let for part of theperiod booked, we are entitled to claim 60% of the balance, to compensate us for our loss. We strongly recommend that holiday insurance is considered; details of a policy are available. Suitable polices are also available from other sources who provide applicable insurance. |
